Pricing

Actual prices, on an actual pricing page.

Publishing prices is the first act of the transparency you're hiring. If I'll show you my numbers before you're a client, you can trust me with yours.

Flat fees, never percentages

Your growth shouldn't raise my price — and for Medi-Cal work, percentage-of-collections arrangements run into federal rules (42 CFR 447.10). Flat is cleaner for both of us.

Month-to-month, no setup fee

If the work isn't valuable, stop paying for it. That's the accountability structure.

Fixed-price entry points

You know the cost of finding out whether this works before you spend a dollar.

Group practices: billing & back office

Two anchors, both flat. I'm finalizing the monthly numbers from a live measurement of the practice I bill for today:

Financial Diagnostic

$250–$2,500

fixed price, scaled to your size

The full picture of your billing and books, with a ranked improvement plan.

Monthly partnership

flat $/mo from time-log

per month, flat

A flat monthly fee for ongoing financial leadership or a defined scope of billing work.

  • Medi-Cal / CenCal and commercial payers included, no surcharge for the hard ones
  • Month-to-month, no setup fee

What you won't see here: a percentage of your collections, a setup fee, or a 12-month contract.

Nonprofits: fractional finance & operations director

Three tiers, anchored to your budget size. If you've been shopping for a fractional CFO, Partnership is that role. The diagnostic tells you which one you actually need:

60-Day Financial Diagnostic

$2,500

fixed price, firm

The complete map of your financial operation — what's working, what isn't, and a ranked plan with costs and payoffs. Includes which tier below you actually need. You keep the map either way.

Core

Finance management

$2,000–$2,500

per month

Typically fits organizations under ~$2M with straightforward funding. Your books closed monthly, a dashboard your board can read, a standing monthly call, and quarterly finance-committee attendance — on a standardized system I run for every Core client. Need me at every board meeting, or have an annual audit? That's Partnership — where both are included, never billed as extras.

Partnership

Fractional finance & operations director

$4,500–$7,500

per month

Typically $2M–$15M, or any size with government contracts, multiple funders, or an annual audit. A fractional finance and operations director with nothing billed by the meeting: the monthly close, board package, cash forecast, budget season, funder reports, audit ownership — and I'm at your board and finance-committee meetings, presenting the financials and taking the questions. Scope set in the diagnostic. Limited seats.

Projects & add-ons

One-time projects, quoted as a fixed price up front — available to any tier (or on their own):

If the anchors look right, the call is worth twenty minutes.
